About Us

We are a family orientated RV Park and Storage.  Located at the South end of the Imperial Sand Dunes in California.   23 miles West of Yuma, Arizona, and 151 miles East of San Diego, California on Interstate 8.  We are the only RV Park at the Imperial Sand Dunes.  We have 99 RV Spots with Water, Electric, and Sewer hookups. 

The new ownership purchased the RV Park in July, 2020.  Then they remodeled the park and created beautiful accommodations for your staying and pleasure.  Duner’s Diner Restaurant is right next door to the RV Park, and is open on the weekends.  

The Park caters to the Family atmosphere.  We want You and Your Children to be Safe.
